Caramelized pears, spiced Marcona almonds and goat cheese with fresh greens.


Squash Gratin

Butternut squash with fresh sage, cooked with cream and manchego cheese. Served with spicy chorizo and crispy sage leaves.

With brie crostini


Herb Roasted Range Hen
